First Sunday of Advent..........November 29

Advent comes from the Latin adventus,
meaning "coming."

A season for prayer and reformation of our hearts.

A time to examine ourselves for sins. Then reconciliation and

a joyful anticipation of the Bethlehem event.

A second and final coming of the Lord is

also on our minds.
