IMAGO SACRA MILLE GRATIARUM VALET. ("A holy picture is worth a thousand graces")................... This blog is a means to show some of my holy card collection along with some interesting thoughts and inspirations. "....artists have the privilege in the Church and throughout history, to open up so that people can see the mystery of God. The artist speaks, not just literally, but symbolically. Visual images, if well done, can move us. That's a ministry." Quote from Brother Michael Moran, C.P

Does anyone know why nothing comes up when one clicks on Read more about Kateri Tekawitha ?
I don't know why it doesn't come up, but if you scroll down and look on the left sidebar of the blog, you'll see a box that explains a bit about her (at least, I see it on my computer). Hope that helps.
I am really into this holycard -- it has such a different look from the usual ones. Very colorful and vivid.
Dear Anonymous (and other visitors),
I figured out what was wrong with Micki's link, so I'm going to give you another one to click on in a second.
I've always enjoyed reading/thinking about this holy Indian maiden, but especially since the year 2000, when I made a long multi-state, multi-province pilgrimage to the U.S. and Canadian shrines associated the North American martyrs and Bl. Kateri. Within two weeks, I was where she was born in New York and where she died in Quebec.
OK. Here is the fixed link to the other site.
