When I first started blogging I had no idea what my focus would be. Unlike Chelsey, our standard poodle, who had her focus on keeping us safe from the outside world. That’s why I named the blog The Window Shows it All. I later decided sharing my holy card collection would be my goal and that’s why my computer address is not Holy Cards for Inspiration.

Each day I visit your site I am always pleased to find such "jewels" and words to uplift the soul. The holy cards remind me of my early childhood and how excited I would be when I saw all the beautifully wrapped gifts from "Santa Claus." I stood there in awe of their beauty and that is exactly how I feel when I see the beautiful cards and uplifting texts that await each visitor. I hope that everyone has a peacefilled Sunday! John K.
Sister Goblock - Did you mean to write St. Georgia? My Saint book doesn't have a St. Georgie...but as you probably know St. Georgia was a recluse, hermitess, nun in C lermont in France. I would image the name is based on St. George.
I also checked with a priest friend who is an expert on Saints and he didn't have any further information or holy card. Sorry.

The holy card that you posted today is so beautiful and unique! Like the others who commented, each time I read your blog, I think back on the nuns in my Catholic school who would always give me a holy card for whatever reason. They are precious to me to this day! I think that it is wonderful that you have preserved them to help others in their faith journey!

What a wonderful card.
I have followed the directions for printing the cards. I am starting to print and laminate these to begin my own collection. I want to tell you thank you so much for sharing your cards with us! You bring joy to many!

Bella Vita - You make me smile remembering the good nuns who were so sweet to pass out cards to us little urchins. I didn't get too many because I didn't get lots of one hundreds on tests :-)
