*Feast of St. Joseph the Worker..........May 1

Prayer

Lord God, You have created all things,
and imposed on man the necessity of work.
Grant that, following St. Joseph's example,
and under his protection,
we may accomplish the works You give us
and obtain the rewards You promise.
Amen

(taken from Lives of the Saints, Catholic Book Publishing Co., New Jersey)

We ask the intercession of St. Joseph for all those in need of work, especially work that will support families.

I am so enjoying the world of Saints as a newbie in the Catholic faith. Thanks for all your information. So very fascinating! This is very appropriate for my last day at this job and as I look for a different one that is necessary to support my family! I am certainly asking for ST. Joseph's intercession!
I am praying for a blessed weekend for you sweet Micki! :)
Blessings! Ally
