Friends,
I am having a hard time seeing the second (italic-font) line of French words, but I think that this may be a correct translation of the two lines:
"King of Holy Patience, teach us to suffer with Thee."
(I don't remember ever before seeing the boy Jesus depicted wearing a crown of thorns. It's a striking image.)

Hello to you, dear Micki, and welcome back! And hello to our dear brother, John!
"King of Holy Patience, teach us to suffer with Thee."
I recall a time when I was praying before the Blessed Sacrament. I'm usually quiet there before Him, but that time was different. I just had to unload, so I just went on and on... When I have said all that I needed to say, there was a big pause and the Lord said to me, "Find the joy in all of these." I just burst out laughing. Ha ha ha... What a great sense of humor our God has!
So good you're back, dear Micki!
Oh, this little Jesus breaks my heart. Little King of Holy Patience teach me to suffer all for thee.
Thank you Micki for this beautiful card.
