Confess..........August 25

O breathe on me,
O Breath of God,
My will to yours incline,
Until this selfish part of me
Glows with your fire divine.

O breathe on me,
O Breath of God,
Fill me with life anew,
That I may love the things you love,
And do what you would do.

St. Columba

Friends,
I believe that the French words mean ...

"I shall penetrate your heart with a great abhorrence of sin."

Micki, have you received any of the e-mail messages that I have sent you (in reply to your question about links)? I fear not, since I did not receive a response from you.

Sweet Micki,
I love this picture and the song "Breathe on Me"...brings me back to when I was able to go to church and meet with the prayer groups. Praise God! for this lift today.
Love,
Prayerflowers

EVERYONE - Yes, Yes, Yes.....today I learned that I had 20 some blog related emails in my JUNK folder. My excite account recently changed email methods and there have been some problems. They might not yet have solved their problem but I have learned to solve mine...I WILL CHECK my junk more often and not just once a month. And I'm NOT talking about the "junk in the trunk." (insert big smile here)

Ok, THIS one has to go on my blog too - with credit to this one of course. Absolutely gorgeous, so many graces come from God to our poor souls through confession!

Sanctus Belle - Thanks for reminding us of the graces from this great sacrament. We don't use it often enough I'm sure.
