Adoration..............July 8

"Listen in silence
because if your heart is full of other things,
you cannot hear the voice of God...
The essential thing is not what we say,
but what God says to us and through us."

Blessed Teresa of Calcutta

French words:
"Go to Jesus, the Victim of love,
in the most blessed Sacrament of the altar."

  4. How beautiful !! Lets pray that more of us heed this, and start listening more so we can do his will rather than ours.

  7. I love the text by Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta. I am always moved by her words of simplicity yet so deeply meaningful to the soul. Isn't it wonderful also that Jesus loves each of us so tenderly that we have unlimited access to Him in the Most Blessed Sacrament? He is a victim of love, how can any of us repay Him? We must learn to silence our restless and overstimulated senses so that we may hear Him speaking to us in the events of everyday living. That can be in the simple act of smiling at someone or a kind word etc. Sometimes, I believe it is just sitting quite and speaking few words and just loving Him as He is able to read into the inner recesses of our hearts! Let us return love for love!!! May Jesus who is love that know no limits be praised and glorified each and every minute of our lives!!! John K.
