IMAGO SACRA MILLE GRATIARUM VALET. ("A holy picture is worth a thousand graces")................... This blog is a means to show some of my holy card collection along with some interesting thoughts and inspirations. "....artists have the privilege in the Church and throughout history, to open up so that people can see the mystery of God. The artist speaks, not just literally, but symbolically. Visual images, if well done, can move us. That's a ministry." Quote from Brother Michael Moran, C.P
St Anthony is my patron saint - I always pray to him in times of sadness and he has always answered my prayers. If you believe in HIM you are never lost.

St.Anthony is my Patron Saint. We have at least six persons in our families including me and my oldest son.We also have a statue of the Saint in our kitchen, and when ever something is lost we pray to him besides other prayers, and he will find it for us.
Twanny, Thanks for your comment. Even though the blog is no longer active folks can still leave comments. As it says above your post, I, too, have a son named Anthony. St. Anthony pray for us all......to find......peace in our country and safety for the hurricane Irene hitting the East Coast this weekend.
PS....Ed, if you still receive notices of these comments, just want you to know I'm still praying daily for your son, Fr. Ed. Keep me informed about him if you can.
