If we beheld a soul after Baptism with the eyes of faith,
we would see angels
taking their watch around it."

  4. That's a beautiful thought. As I read the text, I was picturing the innocence of a small child surrounded by angels. That moment must be so pleasing to God!

  5. paramedicgirl - Yes, I agree, a wonderful site to behold. I guess een us adults don't take the time to think how angels are probably surrounding us when we return from communion etc. I remember hearing we should never feel alone because we always have angels with us :-)

  6. Micki -- I just love this card AND the verse -- I'm a HUGE believer in Guardian Angels and their presence in all of our lives -- and I especially think they "dance" when a child is "brought" to the Lord through Baptism. Joanne

  7. Joanne - Do you know you are my longest since last seen, friend? I think our angels are rejoicing via "air mail" that we are "together" again. Yes, I believe in angels and feel sad for those who don't believe :-)

  8. Interesting.
Could you point me in the way of some scripture passages that speak of "guardian angels" and their function in relation to protecting us?

  9. Anonymous - If you go to "Google" (www.google.com) and type in "Guardian Angel Scripture" you will get lots of sites to visit. Hope this helps.
