IMAGO SACRA MILLE GRATIARUM VALET. ("A holy picture is worth a thousand graces")................... This blog is a means to show some of my holy card collection along with some interesting thoughts and inspirations. "....artists have the privilege in the Church and throughout history, to open up so that people can see the mystery of God. The artist speaks, not just literally, but symbolically. Visual images, if well done, can move us. That's a ministry." Quote from Brother Michael Moran, C.P

*St. John Bosco.........January 31
"Make frequent visits to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament and the devil will be powerless against you."
Dear Sweet Micki, Miss you! We need to talk again soon. Agree with Kathleen Amen to visiting the Blessed Sacrament. How I cherish the times I use to be able to do that...I would not trade those memories for all the riches in the world. Time with Jesus is precious but most of all timeless...Amen Love you, Prayerflowers Dear St. Bosco, please pray for our children...Amen
I must concur with the statements of the two previous comments, they are right on target! Jesus is the source of nourishment for our wearied souls. He is the energy source that keeps us propelled on this journey that is full of twists and turns. Yet, we know when we remain focused on the source we will achieve our goal and get to Heaven to behold the Joy of Joys! A blessed weekend to all! John K.
