"God is very generous
and does not deny His grace to anyone.
Indeed He gives more than what we ask of Him.
Faithfulness to the inspirations
of the Holy Spirit—
that is the shortest route. "

Sister Faustina
“At three o’clock, implore my mercy especially for sinners; and, if only for a brief moment, steep yourself in My passion, particularly in My abandonment at the moment of agony. This is the hour of great mercy for the whole world…In this hour, I will refuse nothing to that soul that makes a request of Me in virtue of My Passion, for at that moment, mercy was opened wide for every soul…at that hour, grace came to pass for the whole world...Mercy triumphed over Justice."
Jesus is the Living Water--grace flows from Him Who is the Source.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful holy card, Micki! In our hearts we are ever at His feet begging His graces!

Dear Precious Micki,
ReplyDeleteThis is exactly how I woke up feeling this morning...the look on this womans's face asking Jesus for Mercy and sitting before Him.
You my dear precious one are blessed with a precious ministry and bless me so much with your work. I placed this picture on website and also used the quote from St. Faustina...I haven't seen that quote before either and I pray that prayer everyday...It is truly a day of Mercy God has give me a true gift His tender Grace...Amen.
Love & hugs,
Prayerflowers
Wonderfully merciful..
ReplyDeleteWhat a great day of God's mercy it is for us today.
ReplyDeleteAll praise and glory and honor to you Lord, Jesus Christ.
Thank you Jesus for your mercy.
Hi Micki, I thank you for the holy card and thoughts you offered. My THOUGHT to share today: His mercy is timeless, extending from eternity to eternity, passing through us today if we trust Jesus. What happens if we don't trust Jesus? We necessarily make a difference now and forever.
ReplyDeleteAnd my PRAYER: Father in Heaven, teach us to forgive and forgive us as we forgive ourselves and others. In joy, whatever You will, Amen.
D.S. - Once again, you wrote beautiful words to dwell on. Thank you.
ReplyDeletePrayerflowers - I always feel so blessed to know you are here. Your words also inspire us. Thank you.
Jackie - Merci on Mercy Sunday.
Ed - I join you in thanking our most merciful God.
Anonymous - How gracious to share your thought and your prayer. I hope all who comment enjoy all of you posters.
Micki adds ...... what a wonderful blessing we received today attending the Eighth Worldwide Mercy Sunday at our local church.
To share with so many people this blessing was outstanding. I prayed for you all.
Thanks for your prayers, Micki!
ReplyDeleteI think that the French words on the card mean (approximately) the following:
[At the top]
"I shall go to the source of life."
[At the bottom]
"O my soul! If only you knew how to taste that living water which wells up even unto eternal life!"
John
John - "living water", "source of life", glad I made it a Divine Mercy type card.
