IMAGO SACRA MILLE GRATIARUM VALET. ("A holy picture is worth a thousand graces")................... This blog is a means to show some of my holy card collection along with some interesting thoughts and inspirations. "....artists have the privilege in the Church and throughout history, to open up so that people can see the mystery of God. The artist speaks, not just literally, but symbolically. Visual images, if well done, can move us. That's a ministry." Quote from Brother Michael Moran, C.P
It is always amazing to think that the God who created the universe had to have His diaper changed; that is how much God loves us. Thank you for your beautiful cards. I have put your link on my website as a "blog I like."
Fr. Larry - Thank you...I also have you in my links and I'm loving my reading of your blog..not finished yet, glad I met you in the beginning of your blogging. I'm loving it all.
One suggestion if I might be so bold.....is there any chance you could use paragraphs in your posts? It would make it so much easier to read. Also, where are you...or is that meant to be a secret? I'm guessing NY because of your recent reference to Bishop Nolan from Milwaukee.
John K - Thank you for your blessings and consistant visits. Means so much. Hope and pray answers have come your way.
Micki! I just love this holy card! It is by C. Bosseron Chambers---his work is just exquisite!
