not me Thomas Hardy. just had to share as its what i thought of as soon as I saw the pic for today!It is an old tradition that all the animals kneel at Christs feet as he is born at midnight on Chritmas eve.
the card is beautiful. in real life, is the blanket really such a bright pink Micki? and I love the Thomas Hardy poem. how appropriate that the animals too should kneel.

Gardenia - Regarding the pink coloring. I'm sure that was the result of some artist back then...they did lots of hand-painting to these cards also. All I can say is....I didn't do it :-)
